This Privacy Policy explains how InvoiceMaker Pro ("we", "our", "the Service"), available at invoicemakerpro.app, collects, uses and protects your information.
By default, the invoices you create, your organization details, client/student directory, items, history and settings are stored locally in your own browser (localStorage) on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you use optional cloud features described below.
Creating an account is optional and required only for saving, sharing and Pro features. When you sign up we collect your name and email address, which are stored securely using Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.
If you activate a Pro license, we store your license key, plan duration, activation date and a device identifier to enforce license limits. If you use Cloud Sync (Pro), copies of your saved invoices are stored in your private Firestore space, accessible only to your account.
The Service uses Google Firebase (authentication and database) and content delivery networks to load libraries. These providers process data under their own privacy policies. If advertising is shown on this website, it may be served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies to display relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ads Settings.
The web pages may use basic cookies/local storage for functionality and, where ads are displayed, advertising cookies as described above.
Local data remains on your device until you clear it (Backup/Restore tools are provided in the app). To delete your account and any cloud data, email us at info.invoicemakerpro@gmail.com and we will remove it within 7 working days.
The Service is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard protections including HTTPS encryption and Firebase security rules that restrict every account to its own data.
