Terms of Service — InvoiceMaker Pro

1. Acceptance

By using invoicemakerpro.app (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

InvoiceMaker Pro lets you create invoices, quotations, receipts and related records. The Free plan includes up to 10 invoices per month with a watermark. Pro plans remove the watermark and unlock additional features.

3. Licenses & payments

Pro access is activated with a license key after manual payment (bank / mobile wallet).
One license key is valid for one account and one device unless a higher device limit was purchased.
Keys are non-transferable. Sharing, reselling or attempting to bypass license checks may result in revocation without refund.
Refunds: if a key has not been activated, contact us within 7 days for a refund. Activated keys are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you issue, compliance with your local tax laws, and keeping backups of your data (a Backup tool is provided). You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading documents.

5. Availability & disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it available and bug-free but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design and code are the property of InvoiceMakerPro.app. Invoices you create, and your business data, belong to you.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
